Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Dubai seeks an experienced IT Systems Specialist to maintain IT infrastructure and enhance guest satisfaction. The role involves managing technology projects, providing technical support, and ensuring network security. Ideal candidates possess a degree in IT, with at least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in hospitality. Certification in IT areas such as Microsoft or Cisco is a plus. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT support or IT specialist role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel systems, including PMS, POS, and booking platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all critical hardware & applications.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects as assigned.
