Job summary

A well-known hospitality group in Ras al-Khaimah, UAE is seeking a Cluster Sales & Marketing Coordinator to handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing accounts, preparing proposals, maintaining CRM systems, and coordinating client visits. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 12+ years of experience in sales coordination, and excellent communication skills in English. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in sales coordination in hospitality, tourism, or luxury travel.
  • Strong knowledge of the CIS markets and travel trends is an advantage.
  • Russian language proficiency highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing accounts within the markets.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and official correspondence for clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client information.
  • Coordinate site inspections and client visits.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and hotels.
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, and market analyses.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and general correspondence.
  • Support in building relationships with travel trade partners and clients.
  • Follow up on proposals, contracts, and payments to ensure timely closure.
  • Assist in trade shows, exhibitions, and market-related events.
  • Track and report monthly sales activities and market trends.

Cluster Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Enthusiastic about connecting fostering strong relationships and collaborating with people As a Cluster Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for handling the administrative tasks within the department and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

What you will be doing:
  • Assist the Departmentin managing accounts within themarkets.
  • Prepare proposals contracts and official correspondence for clients and partners.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information booking details and activity logs.
  • Coordinate site inspections familiarization trips and client visits for partners.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales team and hotels to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
  • Support the preparation of presentations reports and market analyses.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing scheduling travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries requests for information and general correspondence.
  • Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with travel trade partners tour operators and corporate clients in the region.
  • Follow up on pending proposals contracts and payments to ensure timely closure.
  • Assist in the preparation and participation of trade shows exhibitions and roadshows related to the markets.
  • Track and report monthly sales activities revenues and market trends.
Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in sales coordination preferably in hospitality tourism or luxury travel.
  • Strong knowledge of the CIS markets and travel trends is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Russian language proficiency highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude team-oriented and client-focused mindset.
