We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with proven track record abilities and a strong portfolio in real estate development branding and marketing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of high-end real estate projects, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring concepts to life.

• Lead the creative design process for branding, marketing campaigns, presentations, signage, web assets, and print collateral for residential and commercial real estate developments.
• Translate project goals and market research into compelling, market-appropriate visual narratives.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing feedback, guidance, and art direction to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, development, sales, and external agencies to align creative strategy with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
• Ensure all branding and design efforts align with each project’s identity, audience, and luxury positioning.
• Stay current with industry trends in real estate, branding, and design to continually elevate creative work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in real estate development or luxury branding.
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects and manage other designers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of real estate or high-end lifestyle branding and campaign work.
• Understanding of architectural renderings, floor plans, site maps, and luxury real estate marketing materials.
• Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing with precision and creativity.

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or web design.
• Familiarity with real estate sales platforms and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of production processes for both print and digital.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mastery of Design Software:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Other tools like Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW, or Affinity Designer

Typography: Understanding fonts, readability, and how type interacts with design.

Colour Theory: Expertise in colour palettes, contrasts, and psychological impact of colours.
