Job summary
A leading delivery service provider in Dubai seeks an experienced compliance professional to manage Partner onboarding and documentation verification. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree related to business, ethics, or law, along with 12 years of compliance experience. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and fluency in both English and Arabic. This position is full-time and is limited to UAE Nationals only.
Qualifications
- 12 years of compliance experience.
- Experience in conducting due diligence on business partners.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage Partner onboarding and KYC documentation process.
- Review and validate documentation for Partners and Vendors.
- Ensure compliance with defined guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver reports in a clear manner.

Job description
Responsibilities
- Managing Partner onboarding process that includes KYC documentation and verification
- Review and validation of documentation for Partners 3PL & ThirdParty Vendors.
- Maintain and ensure records are organized, archived and complete as per Talabat policies and procedure
- Ensure compliance with Talabatdefined guidelines
- Support on legal Administrative Processes including signing contracts by all parties post Local Compliance Officer approval
- Manage tracking monitoring notifications and renewals for all current documents and contracts in accordance with the cross‑business needs
- Follow up with the business unit on missing documents
- Assist with ad hoc projects concerning a variety of corporate and business matters
- Lead the preparation of reports and information gathering
- Prepare and deliver information in a clear, concise and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration, ethics, law or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in ethics or compliance is a plus.
- Experience in conducting due diligence on various types of business partners.
- Compliance Experience: 12 years
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets
- Knowledge of testing, monitoring and reporting data through various systems
- Structured analytical and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and/or mediation skills with the ability to work with diplomacy and tact.
- Approachable demeanor and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- English and Arabic required.
