We are looking for an Account Director to join the team here at We Are Social, pushing the boundaries of social media advertising. As an Account Director, you’ll work across every department to shape the social direction of our clients, push past tired marketing conventions, and champion bold, platform‑native ideas. You’ll live and breathe the brands you lead—driving social innovation and making sure the work gets the recognition it deserves both inside the agency and out. You’ll steer communication strategy, content development and community management, while actively owning and growing client relationships. This role sits at the heart of a fast‑moving Client Services team, leading day‑to‑day delivery, guiding inter‑agency projects, keeping a close eye on how your clients show up across online and offline media, developing your team, and taking the reins on any new business opportunities that come your way.
