1. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through direct clients and broker networks.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors.
3. Lead Conversion: Effectively handle and close direct leads provided by the company.
4. Broker Network Management: Develop and manage relationships with real estate agencies to drive indirect sales.
5. Market Representation: Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers.
6. CRM & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports.

1. Experienced & Target-Driven: 4-6 years of UAE real estate experience, with a proven track record of achieving AED 8M+ in monthly sales.
2. Sales Expertise: Strong ability to close direct sales leads and manage broker networks effectively.
3. Luxury Real Estate Background: Prior experience in selling high-end apartments, villas, or waterfront properties.
4. Strong Communicator & Presenter: Confident, engaging, and persuasive, with excellent presentation skills.
5. Multilingual Advantage: Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, French, German, Russian, or Hindi/Urdu are a plus.
