A leading offshore law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (2-4 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Dubai office. This is a rare opportunity to work in a close-knit team comprising one Partner and two other Associates, offering hands-on exposure to high-value, cross-border transactions and advisory matters across offshore jurisdictions.

• A broad range of high-quality corporate work, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and fund-related matters

• 2-4 years' post-qualification experience from a top-tier international or regional law firm
