Overview

Role: Lawyer - Commercial Contracts

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Fujairah, UAE (remote work majority of the time)

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in the oil & gas sector.
• Interpret contract changes and amendments proposed by clients, highlighting risks and proposing countermeasures.
• Liaise with and engage external legal firms where required, ensuring cost-effective and quality legal support.
• Advise management on contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and potential legal risks.
