Overview

An international law firm based in Dubai is currently recruiting for a Banking & Finance Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE. As well as the relevant skills and experience, the firm is looking for people who are innovative, commercial and value the work that they do.

Responsibilities

• Provide banking and finance legal services across a wide range of areas, including corporate lending, acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending, oil and gas/reserves-based lending, trade finance, emerging market financing and telecoms finance.
• Advise and act for major banks, credit funds, financial institutions and other debt providers, corporate borrowers, financial advisers and private equity sponsors on a variety of matters.
• Support a global footprint with capability across local law and multi-jurisdictional advice in sectors such as financial institutions; energy; infrastructure, mining and commodities; transport; technology and innovation; and life sciences and health-care.
