As a Legal Counsel, you will serve as an essential adviser within the organization, providing expert legal guidance to support strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with various departments to mitigate legal risks, draft and review legal documents, and provide solutions to complex legal issues. Your role will involve navigating a wide range of legal matters, including contract law, employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance. You will act as a critical link between the company and external legal representatives, sometimes representing the company in legal proceedings.
