We are recruiting for the in-house legal team for a leading real estate and destination development firm headquartered in the UAE. It operates across multiple business verticals including real estate, hospitality & tourism, sports & leisure, and commercial/leisure destinations.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters across commercial, construction, and real estate disputes in the UAE courts.

• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies to manage case strategies and outcomes.

• Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and opinions to support dispute resolution.

• Provide advice to management on litigation risks, settlement strategies, and compliance with local laws.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Arabic-English lawyer with 6–10 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in UAE litigation and local law practice.

• Strong knowledge of UAE court procedures and ability to manage disputes across multiple sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic litigation advice and draft accurate, persuasive pleadings and opinions.

• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and advisory skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure, complex cases.

Salary: AED 30K–50K per month (range depending on level, with flexibility for senior candidates).
