A leading contracting organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee all contractual aspects of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and managing disputes. With at least 10 years of contract management experience in construction and strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE laws, candidates must demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage high-value contracts effectively.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in contract management within construction.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE contract laws.
Proven experience in managing high‑value contracts and complex disputes.
Responsabilités
Draft, review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements.
Manage claims, variations and dispute resolution.
Provide contractual advice to project teams.
