Our client, a reputable financial institution, is looking for an experienced Credit Manager to join their credit team. The role involves overseeing SME and corporate credit evaluation, risk management, and ensuring sound credit policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess credit applications from mid‑size and large corporate clients with detailed financial analysis to determine creditworthiness.
  • Oversee credit products including working capital finance, supply chain finance, and term loans through financial underwriting approaches.
  • Support the integration of digital lending tools and contribute to the automation of credit decision‑making.
  • Conduct ratio and financial statement analysis to evaluate the financial health of borrowers.
  • Assist in developing and updating credit policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
  • Produce regular reports covering credit portfolio performance, risk exposures, and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and client relationship teams to tailor credit offerings that align with customer needs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior credit staff to strengthen credit evaluation skills.
