• Proactively drive cross-asset sales of all FIC products to MENA-based Institutional clients.
• Learn and manage the lifecycle of a flow transaction, including closing deals, booking, and completing pre- and post-deal formalities.
• Partner with FIC Trading and Structuring, as well as other Sales colleagues within the team and organization, to increase market share with clients.
• Support the desk on active internal and sales initiatives.
• Assist in onboarding new client relationships/funds, working with Case Management, Credit, and Legal.

• Extensive knowledge of Fx, Rates, Commodities & Fixed Income markets and developing skills in structured products.
• Focus on deliverables and willingness to put in the required sales effort to help the desk grow the flow business.
• Good local market knowledge.
• An understanding of macroeconomic developments and their implications for sophisticated investors.
• Extensive experience covering clients, preferably institutional.
• Entrepreneurial skills to prioritize resources for maximum outcome and value for clients.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations.
• Advanced quantitative skills with the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess implications for client needs.
