Job description

Alsayegh Worldwide is looking for a highly driven and visionary Events Creative Director to join our Sharjah office and play a key role in shaping the creative direction of our existing events, as well as leading conceptualization and design for new business pitches.

This role is for a true creative leader with passion for storytelling through experiences and a strong desire to grow an ambitious agency to the next level.

About the Role

As Events Creative Director, you will lead creative ideation across a wide range of projects including festivals, galas, brand activations, exhibition stands, conferences, and large scale experiential events. You will be responsible for transforming briefs into powerful concepts, guiding design development, and confidently presenting ideas to clients.

You will also mentor and coach creative teams, elevate standards across all deliverables, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure every project meets the highest levels of quality, innovation, and impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional creativity with a deep understanding of multiple event formats including festivals, galas, activations, exhibition stands and conferences
• A proven track record of winning events through strong creative concepts and compelling presentations
• Solid knowledge of major event design and production software, including newly emerging AI tools
• Strong presentation skills with confidence to communicate ideas clearly and inspire client trust
• Excellent team leadership, with the ability to mentor and coach creatives to raise overall standards
• The ability to multitask while maintaining quality, structure, and deadlines
• Comfort working under pressure and delivering strong solutions in challenging situations
• An agile and flexible mindset, able to align creative vision with client inputs and direction
• High ambition, energy, and an inner drive to help grow the agency and its creative reputation
