Due to increasing Fine Fragrances business activity and to further build upon our continued success in the region we are recruiting for an Assistant Evaluator. You will be based in our Regional Creative Centre in Dubai and report to the Fine Fragrances Creative Fragrance Director for South Asia the Middle East and Africa. You will assist the Evaluators in the labs.

• Arrange market research samples for evaluation and maintain the samples library
• Schedule meetings take notes prepare minutes for internal circulation and follow up with the team to complete the assigned tasks.
• Centralise the communication between different fragrance development centres internationally
• Maintain the local fragrance development database
• Coordinate internal fragrance-smelling sessions
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

• Maintain and manage the proactive collections inventory by overseeing stocks and anticipating needs
• Manage and allocate development projects at the team level
• Support and facilitate customer visits when needed

• Anticipate and proactively coordinate with our Perfumery and Application Lab teams to maintain a reliable stock inventory of fragrance oils and raise procurement requests
• Streamline the communication and work methodology between the fragrance development and lab teams
• Rausee requests for fragrance application samples in the internal Givaudan system

• 2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory assistant or similar role
• Good knowledge and passion for the world of fragrances are a plus
