AtkinsRealis is seeking a Principal Architect based in Dubai, UAE, for an exciting Theme Park project.
Candidates should have relevant senior-level experience on large mixed-use projects, be qualified architects with at least 10 years post-qualification experience (preferably registered in the UK, USA, or Australia), and possess design & new build experience. A good understanding of ME Building Codes, team management, client and stakeholder engagement, site experience, design and build experience, and Middle East experience is essential. Skills in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, LEED AP certification, and current residence in KSA are required.
The ideal candidate will be pragmatic, intuitive, well-organized, and creative. They should work well within a team, contribute to team performance, demonstrate initiative, manage large teams, meet tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
