We’re looking for a Social Content & Events Coordinator to join our growing MENA team at OKX. This role blends creativity, social‑first content creation, and event management. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Arabic & English) storyteller with agency or brand‑side content experience, eager to grow in a fast‑paced fintech/crypto environment. You’ll play a key role in building brand presence across social platforms, shaping content calendars, and supporting high‑impact events across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Social Content

• Support the creation of monthly always‑on content and campaign‑based activations.
• Collaborate with the team on brand awareness and paid media content strategies.
• Produce native TikTok and platform‑specific content (META, TikTok, X).
• Act as an in‑office content creator (EGC) to capture behind‑the‑scenes and cultural moments.
• Handle copywriting in both Arabic and English.
• Manage monthly content calendars, scheduling, and publishing.
• Brief external agencies on creative requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to biweekly and monthly reporting with insights and performance analysis.

Events

• Support event planning, logistics, and execution across MENA.
• Liaise with internal teams and external event agencies to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage on‑ground activations and support OKX team members during events.
• Coordinate internal and external communications related to events.
• Track and report on event performance and ROI.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of social content experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Bonus if experienced in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of social‑first content.
• Experience as a content creator (video, EGC, platform‑native trends).
• Understanding of event management processes.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Familiar with project management & reporting tools (e.g., Sprout, Trello, Brandwatch, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the role.
