• Explore Innovative Growth Strategies: Research local market trends in the Arabic-speaking regions leveraging insights into user behavior and cultural nuances to propose and support creative growth initiatives.
• Enhance Localized Product Experience: Contribute to improving the Arabic-language product experience by optimizing workflows event formats visual design and content. Conduct cultural sensitivity reviews to ensure alignment with local preferences and enhance user satisfaction.
• Conduct Market Research: Assist in local market product and user research analyzing competitors localization strategies and benchmarking against leading local competitors to identify strengths and opportunities.
• Monitor Local Trends: Regularly report on local industry developments competitor localization efforts regulatory changes related to the cryptocurrency sector and other significant events impacting the industry.
• Support Team Tasks: Collaborate with mentors on various tasks related to Arabic-region localization operations ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills for effective cross-language collaboration.
• Familiar with Arabic culture and market dynamics and a basic understanding of or keen interest in Web3 and cryptocurrency concepts.
• Proactive and innovative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to propose creative ideas for localization growth strategies.
