The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience in road and infrastructure, with proficiency in CAD and CANDY software. Key responsibilities include determining variables for cost estimates, gathering information from sites, and conducting risk analysis. - Determining key variables for cost and other estimates
- Good relationships with key vendors (subcontractors suppliers engineers etc.
- Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
- Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
- Gather firsthand information from sites and market
- Have experience/knowledge and/or conduct research to obtain data on labor costs materials production and etc.
- Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
- Perform risk analysis
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles
- Proficient inrelevantsoftware (CAD and CANDY or similar software)
- Knowledge of contracts
