Job summary
A surveying company based in Dubai is seeking a professional to conduct land and site surveys using advanced surveying instruments. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Total Station and GPS, along with skills in AutoCAD and surveying software. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining survey reports, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with engineers and contractors. Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level instruments.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, layouts, and specifications accurately.
Responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys using total stations and GPS.
- Perform setting out for buildings and roads.
- Prepare and maintain survey reports and as-built drawings.

- Conduct land and site surveys using total station, GPS, and leveling instruments
- Perform setting out for buildings, roads, utilities, and other construction works
- Verify line, level, and alignment as per approved drawings
- Check and confirm dimensions, elevations, and coordinates before and during construction
- Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure survey works comply with project specifications and local authority requirements
- Assist in resolving site discrepancies and technical issues
- Ensure proper care and calibration of surveying instruments
- Support inspections for authority approvals and completion certificates
