Job summary
A leading company in Dubai is seeking a Sales Representative to build strong client relationships, enhance revenue, and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian and English, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. With a focus on customer satisfaction, this full-time role is pivotal to our sales success.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of bearings is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Build close relationships with clients and provide excellent service.
- Negotiate terms and process sales orders.
- Follow up on customer quotations and shipment status.

- Built a remarkably close relationship with clients by providing the best service possible and understanding their conditions and capacity in the assigned market.
- Develop a daily, weekly, and seasonal communication system and establish bridges to deepen mutual understanding and integration.
- Discover new customers and increase revenue by introducing the company's products and services.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms.
- Managing inquires with appropriate price.
- Follow-up on customer quotations to close deals.
- Process sales orders and monitor shipment status
- Send order confirmation to Logistics team and follow up with them and customers on shipment status.
- Follow up on client comments after the sale
Skills & Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken & written)
- Understanding of bearings is an advantage
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Excellent organizational skills including multitasking and strict attention to detail
- Can work under pressure and make split-second decisions
- Following directions and being able to learn new things
Education: Bachelor’s / Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience in similar role.
