This role is a 6 months contract.
What you'll do:
- Develop launch blueprints / playbooks and standard presentation decks with strategic frameworks to support Circles new market launches, based on inputs from members of the Build team
- Brand strategy and positioning
- Onic markets: Requirement to assess local market landscape and develop local brand positioning territories
- Non-Onic markets: Brand development (universal brand position, guidelines, personality, values, etc., if applicable and local positioning)
- Work closely with the Strategy & BP Manager and the Research COE in scoping research requirements for the 3rd party research consultant to achieve the expected outcomes of the qualitative and quantitative research (primary research)
- Provide local insights on market trends, customer behaviour, and competition to identify critical growth levers and opportunities
- Work closely with the Strategy & BP Manager and the in-market Marketing team to develop compelling marketing messages, collaterals and launch promotional materials
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market initiatives (in partnership with the Strategy & BP Manager and local Marketing team)
- Senior stakeholder management capabilities to engage in content discussions
What you'll need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of the Telco industry/domain
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of business value concepts and metrics
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
