Job summary

An international supervision consultancy is seeking an MRICS Chartered Contracts Manager for a major buildings and infrastructure project in Dubai, UAE. The role requires 25+ years of experience and a deep understanding of contract law, financial analysis, and project management. Responsibilities include managing contractual commitments, overseeing changes, and preparing delay reports. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and MRICS membership, and will be expected to work a 6-day week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 25+ years of relevant experience in managing contractual commitments.
• Experience in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive delay reports for dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual performance based on the Client’s instructions and Contract’s Terms.
• Document and communicate contract changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Evaluate and prepare estimates for contract alterations/variations.
