Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee daily site operations on our active construction client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise in carpentry, proficiency in AutoCAD for site planning and documentation, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic. The Construction Foreman will supervise laborers, coordinate with subcontractors, manage material delivery, and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. With a valid driving license, the candidate will also be responsible for site inspections, transportation of tools and documents, and liaison with external stakeholders. This role is critical to the seamless execution of construction activities and represents a key opportunity for a skilled professional to lead teams and contribute directly to project success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on‑site to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Oversee carpentry work including framing, formwork, and finish installations ensuring precision and compliance with design specifications.
• Utilize AutoCAD to review and interpret construction drawings, modify site plans, and prepare work instructions for team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Manage and allocate labor resources efficiently, assigning tasks based on skill level and project needs.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of work.

• Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to senior management in English and Arabic.

Requirements

• Minimum 45 years of hands‑on experience in construction site supervision, preferably in commercial or residential building projects.
• Proven expertise in carpentry, including framing, formwork, and finish work, with a strong understanding of building materials and techniques.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for reading, interpreting, and modifying construction drawings and site plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Valid and current driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience supervising diverse work crews.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
