A leading engineering and consulting firm is looking for a Construction Manager with Healthcare and Hospital experience to manage construction supervision projects in the UAE. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in large building projects and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction. The role includes managing health and safety programs, ensuring compliance, and assisting project management. This is a full-time position located in the United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience managing construction of large buildings.
• Previous experience working with a consultancy is required.
• Experience in healthcare/hospital facility project delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and maintenance of the project's Health and Safety program.
• Ensure compliance and professionalism among safety engineers.
• Prepare necessary Constructability and Build-ability reviews.
• Assist Project Manager with claims and variations.
