A leading live events company is hiring a Project Director in Abu Dhabi to oversee large-scale projects and foster strong client relationships. The role involves strategic planning, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project excellence across all phases, from ideation to delivery. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in construction management, particularly in themed entertainment or cultural projects within the MENA region. Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of FIDIC contracts are essential, with preference given to candidates fluent in English and Arabic.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in large-scale construction projects with at least 5 years in the MENA region.
- Proven track record delivering themed entertainment and cultural projects.
- Strong command of FIDIC and regional construction contracts.
Responsabilités
- Lead cross-functional project teams and oversee project delivery phases.
- Drive project vision ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
- Maintain relationships with client and manage contract negotiations.
