Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in planning and scheduling on infrastructure projects in community development.
• Experience in utilities, roads, landscape, and structures, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and coordination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and convey Engineer’s consent to the Contractors’ Baseline schedule.
• Develop a Master Schedule and evaluate planning progress.
• Prepare regular progress reports with program analysis and recommendations.

Skills

Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6

Good written and oral communication skills

Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and regulations

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
