We are looking for a Clinical Social Worker at a leading Government Owned Hospital in Abu Dhabi, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive psychosocial support to patients and their families. Your role involves assessing patient needs, crafting treatment plans, and facilitating access to vital resources. This position is essential for enhancing patient outcomes and elevating the overall quality of care within the healthcare environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' psychosocial needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and their families to help them manage illness, treatment, and recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate social work services into patient care plans.
• Facilitate access to community resources and support services for patients and their families.
• Advocate for patients' rights and needs within the healthcare system.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in clinical social work practices and healthcare policies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• 4-5 years of experience in a clinical social work setting, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong understanding of clinical social work principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and confidential patient records.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Clinical social worker primary skills are essential for this role.
