Job summary
A prominent recruitment firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior HR Officer responsible for managing HR functions for large-scale projects in the construction industry. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, particularly within the UAE, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role offers a competitive salary of 8500 AED per month and requires fluency in English, with Arabic being an advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
- Demonstrable experience in the construction and/or operations industry within the UAE is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing HR for large-scale projects and a substantial workforce.
Responsibilities
