Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of construction/consultancy experience in UAE with various building types including high‑rise mixed‑use residential, commercial and villas/townhouses.
  • Extensive technical knowledge and experience in the installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical services as follows:
    • HVAC
    • Water supply
    • Drainage
    • Firefighting
    • LPG
    • Smoke management system
    • BMS etc.
  • Maintain the quality of work at site, take necessary action and report to the superior for corrective action.
  • Carry out mechanical inspections for materials installations and witness the testing and commissioning.
  • Mock‑up installation requirements.
  • FAT and SAT procedures and requirements.
  • Familiar with UAE local authority guidelines and internationally recognised standards.
  • Review of method statements, shop drawings, as‑built drawings and O&M manuals.
  • Familiar with online platforms such as Aconex, Asite, Assist etc. and other snagging tools as per the project requirements.
  • Good in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software/tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
