Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and versatile Content Developer to lead the full content creation scope for EKTIFA and its subsidiaries. This role will be responsible for photography and videography across all product categories, lifestyle campaigns, corporate events, farms, and news coverage. The ideal candidate will also manage coordination with media outlets, publications, and third-party agencies for content development from concept to delivery.

This role requires a flexible schedule and a hands-on approach to capturing and delivering high-quality content that brings the brand to life across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation (Photography & Videography)

• Lead in-house content creation including:
• Product shoots (pack shots, styled)
• Lifestyle imagery for social media, websites, campaigns
• In-store and retail displays
• Corporate events, exhibitions, and activations
• Farm visits and behind-the-scenes coverage
• Editorial-style shoots for press and publications
• Digital ads
• Internal communications
• Storytelling and brand documentaries

Content Planning & Execution

• Develop shot lists and visual concepts in collaboration with the marketing team
• Attend and cover any important brand moments on short notice (product launch, campaign rollouts, market entry, store openings, etc.)
• Maintain a flexible shooting schedule — coverage to be provided as needed, including evenings and weekends

Coordination & Production Management

Handle end-to-end coordination with:

• Freelance photographers/videographers
• Agencies and post-production editors
• Studio and location bookings
• Models, stylists, and creative vendors
• Brief third-party service providers on brand guidelines and deliverables
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met

Media & Press Coordination

Collaborate with media outlets and publications for:

• Product features
• Store availability updates
• PR-ready visuals and interviews
• Ensure content is delivered in required formats for press and digital placement

Archiving & Asset Management

• Organize and maintain a structured content library
• Ensure brand visuals are up to date and aligned with the marketing calendar
• Provide visual assets to internal departments and external partners as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Photography, or a related field
• 3+ years experience in content development within the FMCG or consumer goods sector
• Proficient in DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, sound, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong aesthetic sense, brand storytelling, and eye for detail
• Ability to handle fast-paced shoot environments, both indoor and outdoor
• Flexible availability including after hours and weekends, based on brand needs
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial and lifestyle content

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
• Experience with product styling and FMCG visuals
• Familiarity with organic farm and food-related storytelling
