The BIM Specialist will spearhead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to support architectural and engineering projects at a Dubai-based design firm. This role emphasizes leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and automation tools to create

and maintain advanced, data-driven BIM models. The specialist will ensure adherence to international standards, promote seamless collaboration across disciplines, support compliance with UAE Dubai Municipality (DM) BIM implementation frameworks, and guide the firm’s transition into a more integrated and data-centric organization.

• Develop and Manage BIM Models: Build and maintain accurate, high-quality BIM models for architectural and engineering projects using platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and other advanced tools.
• Integrate AI Technologies: Utilize AI-driven tools for predictive modelling, clash detection, and design optimization to enhance BIM workflows and project outcomes.
• Ensure BIM Standards Compliance: Implement and monitor international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and UAE DM BIM regulations to guarantee quality, interoperability, and reliable data exchange.
• Automate Workflows: Leverage Dynamo, Python, and other automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks, optimize design processes, and provide real-time data insights.
• Coordinate with Project Teams: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align BIM deliverables with project requirements, supported by data-driven decision-making tools.
• Maintain Digital Twins: Contribute to the development and oversight of digital twins for project monitoring, facility management, and predictive maintenance through IoT integration.
