Land Surveyor – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a motivated Land Surveyor to work in Abu Dhabi. This position offers an excellent salary of 1600 AED. The position is available to both locals and foreign nationals.
Responsibilities:
• Execute land surveys using state-of-the-art equipment, such as GPS, Total Station, and other related tools
• Analyze survey results and create maps according to the data gathered
• Identify any changes in land boundaries and report them to superiors
• Participate in field visits for data collection
• Inspect potential land sites for potential development projects
• Ensure accuracy in all aspects of the surveying process
• Prepare reports of survey results for architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents such as land titles, deeds, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
