An oil and gas EPC company is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal/Estimation Engineer to support business development and project bidding activities. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender documentation in compliance with client requirements. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in estimation or proposals within the oil and gas industry and a relevant engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and industry pricing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements.

• Develop and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals.

• Liaise with clients for clarifications and ensure proposal compliance.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and contract negotiations as required.
