Job summary
A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their team. The role involves conducting land and site surveys, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with design specifications. Candidates should have a diploma/degree in surveying or civil engineering and 4-6 years of experience in multistorey projects. Proficiency in Total Station GPS and AutoCAD is required.

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor with expertise in multistorey building construction to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in land and structural surveying ensuring accurate measurements and layouts for construction projects.
- Conduct land and site surveys to establish accurate reference points.
- Prepare and verify survey reports site plans and layouts.
- Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Utilize Total Station GPS and other surveying equipment for precise measurements.
- Monitor and verify levels elevations and structural alignments.
- Maintain detailed survey records and reports.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
- Diploma / Degree in Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Surveyor in multistorey building projects.
- Proficiency in Total Station GPS and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction layouts leveling and coordinates.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
