Job description

Meraki Integrated Contracting is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with a strong background in high‑rise construction projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct all types of land surveying, including topographical, boundary, and setting‑out for structural and finishing works.
  • Interpret and work with drawings, site plans, and architectural/structural layouts.
  • Perform site inspections and verify levels, alignments, and dimensions for high‑rise structures.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site‑related discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate field notes, survey data, and daily logs of activities and deviations.
  • Ensure all surveying instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Assist in preparing as‑built drawings and coordinate with QA/QC for approvals.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Land Surveying.
  • 5–7 years of UAE experience, specifically on high‑rise towers or large‑scale developments.
  • Proficient in using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and surveying software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, tolerances, and vertical alignment requirements.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Traits
  • Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiar with Dubai Municipality and local authority requirements.
