We are constantly growing and are currently seeking two (2) Chief Estimators to join our highly qualified and knowledgeable Estimation Team at our Dubai office.

What you will need to do :
- Lead and manage estimation teams, overseeing estimators, providing guidance, and ensuring accurate and timely cost estimates.
- Develop and implement estimation processes, establishing standardized methodologies, tools, and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze project documents such as plans and specifications to identify scope, requirements, and potential risks.
- Create detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and indirect costs.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential overruns and delays, developing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists to gather information and align on estimates.
- Present estimates and proposals to management and clients, clearly communicating the rationale.
- Mentor and train junior estimators, fostering continuous improvement and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, estimation techniques, and software.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor proposals and agreements.
What you will need to have :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 10 years of estimating experience on Heavy Civil EPC Projects.
- Option to work from Egypt or join an overseas project.
- Proven experience on at least two completed projects of similar scope and complexity, preferably international.
- Strong understanding of lead estimating operations, tender preparation, risk and cost analysis, bid strategy, and value engineering.
- Excellent English skills, both speaking and writing, especially for communication with US Government personnel.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with US Government projects and familiarity with USACE standards, OBO, and relevant regulations is highly preferred.
You are someone who :
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Has extensive experience (10+ years) in cost estimation for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Possesses expertise in EPC cost estimating methodologies, including quantity take-offs, pricing, and risk analysis.
- Has industry knowledge of Oil & Gas standards, regulations, and practices across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
- Is proficient with industry-standard cost estimating software.
- Demonstrates leadership and effective communication skills.
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
