Responsibilities

• Review of enquiry requirements and RFI sheet.
• Preparation of scope summary and technical queries.
• Active participation during clarification meetings with Customer.
• Support in preparation and finalization of cost estimates.
• Support in finalization of proposal documents.
• Preparation of Budgetary and Rental Proposals.
• Support during preparation of Project Budget.
• Preparation of prequalification documents.
• Drafting of general arrangement drawings (AutoCAD).
• Preparation and issuance of RFQ documents to suppliers.
• Perform additional estimation and commercial support tasks.

Job description

• Review of enquiry requirements (RFQ documents) and RFI sheet.
• Preparation of scope summary and compilation of technical queries.
• Active participation during clarification meetings with Customer.
• Support in preparation and finalization of accurate cost estimates in line with Hunter policy procedures standards and rates and in accordance with Customer requirements.
• Support in preparation and finalization of proposal document along with any other documentation required for the submission.
• Preparation of Budgetary and Rental Proposals.
• Support during preparation of Project Budget.
• Preparation compilation and submission of prequalification documents.
• Drafting (AutoCAD) of general arrangement drawings and other basic layout for bid purposes.
• Preparation and issuance of RFQ documents to suppliers to get the cost and quotation required for estimation.
• Any other estimation and commercial support tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
