The Leucipa™ Automated Field Production Solution is a strategic initiative within Oilfield Services & Equipment and offers an opportunity to be part of a high‑performance team. The Leucipa Implementation organization ensures that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using the company's software by providing support, guidance, and resources to maximize the value and satisfaction derived from the product.

• Project Planning and Management: Developing and overseeing, in coordination with the team project coordinators, project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of implementation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with the different team players including Sales and Commercial, the Leucipa Region Leader and the Leucipa Director of Implementation to coordinate implementation efforts and ensure the region and team goals are achieved.
• Technical Integration: Overseeing the integration of digital solutions with client data sources and systems, ensuring seamless incorporation into daily operations.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Customer Support: Providing ongoing support to clients post‑implementation, addressing any issues and optimizing the use of digital solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in digital technologies to continuously improve implementation processes and solutions.

• Have Degree in Computer Science, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• Have minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing digital solutions within the oil and gas industry.
• Be proficient in digital oil field solutions, production and reservoir engineering, and database management technologies.
• Have strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
• Have proven ability to lead and manage multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues.
• Desired to have passion for delivering high‑quality solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

To be successful in this role you will:
