This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Senior Java React Engineer to join our multi-national client growing technology team. This role is ideal for an Emirati professional with strong fullstack expertise who is passionate about building scalable enterprise applications and modern web experiences. You will play a key role in designing developing and deploying missioncritical solutions that power our client digital transformation journey.
Job Purpose
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of robust scalable and high-performance web applications. You will leverage your deep expertise in Java and React to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions while also mentoring junior developers and contributing to our clients architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Fullstack development: Design build and maintain applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and frontend.
  
• System architecture: Contribute to solution design ensuring scalability performance and security.
  
• Agile delivery: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (designers product managers QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  
• Code quality: Write clean maintainable and testable code; conduct peer reviews and enforce coding standards.
  
• Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with thirdparty services and enterprise systems.
  
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers share best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  
• Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
  

Requirements

Nationality: Emirati

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (Masters preferred)

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• 5-7 years of professional experience in software development.
  
• Backend: Expert-level knowledge of Java 11 with deep hands-on experience in the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Data Spring Security).
  
• Frontend: Strong proficiency in and its core principles along with experience with popular React state management libraries (Redux Context API).
  
• API & Microservices: Proven experience in building and designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  
• Databases: Solid experience with both SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB) databases.
  
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI).
  

Preferred Skills (Differentiators):

• Experience with TypeScript on the frontend.
  
• Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks like .
  
• Familiarity with message brokers (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ).
