Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand clients' property requirements and guide them through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful sales transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and relevant regulations in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Collaborate effectively with the administrative and marketing teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish language skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant real estate tools is a plus.
