Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across a full product portfolio within commercial and hospitality environments. This is a strategic front-facing role suited to an experienced professional with strong manufacturer-side sales experience and a proven track record of delivering complex high-value commercial projects.
The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy owning the full sales cycle and playing a key role in expanding market presence across multiple established brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business development across commercial and hospitality sectors including office hotels, mixed‑use developments and large‑scale fit‑out projects.
- Sell a full product range encompassing acoustic solutions and voice‑reduction products.
- Represent and grow 34 established brands within the UAE market.
- Proactively source, qualify and convert new business opportunities.
- Manage the full commercial sales cycle from specification and tender through to contract award.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, consultants, contractors and end clients.
- Influence specifications at early design stages to secure a long‑term pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed AED 6m annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate internal administration, forecasting and CRM reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and project delivery.
Experience & Commercial Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales role within a manufacturer or solutions‑led environment.
- Strong background in commercial interiors fit‑out construction products or acoustic solutions.
- Demonstrable experience managing large‑scale commercial projects including multi‑stakeholder sales processes.
- Clear understanding of commercial procurement routes, tendering and consultant‑led specifications.
- Ability to engage at multiple levels from designers and consultants to senior decision‑makers.
- Experience managing long sales cycles, negotiating commercial terms and protecting margins.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to forecast accurately and manage pipeline effectively.
- Highly proactive, self‑driven and comfortable operating in a performance‑led environment.
