Clinic Receptionist jobs in United Arab Emirates

A leading international access solutions provider specializing in scaffolding, construction hoists, mast climbers, and related services. We are currently looking for a capable and organized Administration/Receptionist to support our growing team

• Be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general enquiries
• Carry out day-to-day administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document control
• Assist project managers with scheduling, job bookings, and tracking project documentation
• Manage and maintain records of AutoCAD drawings, ensuring correct version control and accessibility
• Use project management software to support project tracking, reporting, and communication
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and support team communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Support the commercial and accounts team with basic accounts tasks including invoicing, timesheets, and purchase orders
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and a clean and professional reception area

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role, preferably within construction or a similar industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports
• Previous experience working with project management software
• Familiarity with managing and organizing AutoCAD drawings, as well as coordination with drafters/designers
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
