Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling queries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure service excellence.
  • Supervise Front Office team members during shifts and provide guidance when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Assist with reporting, shift handovers, and operational follow-up.

About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure service excellence
  • Supervise Front Office team members during shifts and provide guidance when needed
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Assist with reporting, shift handovers, and operational follow-up

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Hospitality, Business, or any other relevant field
  • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate | Advanced)
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Additional language is desirable.
