Responsibilities
- Analyze product metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Assess potential profit and impact of new product features or projects.
- Conduct A/B testing, including experiment design and result interpretation.
- Maintain clear documentation in the company’s knowledge base.
- Provide recommendations to improve product usability and user experience.
- Work with data teams to optimize data flows, ensure data quality, and develop product data marts.
Qualifications
- English B2, Russian C1-B2.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years in data analytics or product analytics.
- Solid mathematical background in statistics, optimization, and causal inference.
- Hands-on expertise and deep understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimentation methods.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Redash).
- Experience in analyzing large datasets and designing data marts for product needs.
