Job description

Endress+Hauser MES-INT is looking for a Field Service Expert for Analyzers to join its team to service the customers across Middle East region. The position will be based out of Dubai, and the service person needs to travel to varied customers (including O&G, power, energy, chemical, mining, F&B, and Water & Waste Water) throughout Middle East region. These services include but not limited to commissioning, diagnostics and repair, maintenance, calibration, training, and assist with troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, commissioning, diagnostics, repair, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of Endress+Hauser (formerly SICK) Gas Analyzers.
  • Commission and service Analyzer Shelters, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and initiate O&M Analyzer Training programs for customers to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handle In‑Situ and Extractive Analyzers (Hot Wet & Cold Dry), including Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS).
  • Prepare for service visits professionally (tools, documentation, spare parts, SOPs).
  • Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for smooth project execution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues on‑site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, hazardous area requirements, and explosion protection philosophies.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and reports using internal systems.
  • Provide internal service training to develop team competency and share best practices.
  • Occasionally travel to seaports for Maritime CEMS services, including overnight work as per vessel schedules.
