Cleaning Supervisor à United States

JOB PURPOSE:

Supervise the day to day activity of warehouse to ensure adequate and smooth process of incoming raw and packaging material, outgoing Finished Goods and control of inventory.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Productivity and Inventory Accuracy

• To lead, guide and motivate his subordinates to achieve the department goals and service levels.
• Responsible in monitoring and manage RM, PM and FG stocks on FIFO & FEFO basis.
• Responsible to manage and carry out schedule cycle counts and to manage complete RM, PM and FG Inventory and reports.
• To ensure that all RMPM incoming and issuance of goods were checked and was posted in the ERP system accurately and on time.

External Warehouse

• To assist Warehouse Team Leader to manage and monitor the rental warehouses and recourse allocation.
• To lead the replenishments process of goods from internal and external Warehouses.

Communication

• To coordinate to other department
• Responsible in sending RM and PM stock report.
• To coordinate with supplier and other external customer of warehouse

Safety

• To assist Warehouse Team Leader to lead and provide proper training with regards to the safety and with proper guidance of the Safety Officer.
• Inspect facility to assure adherence to safety and operating policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Can provide accident report and make corrective action.

QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE

• College Level
• Computer literate (MS word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, other related software).
• Strong leadership personality, team playing ability to encourage people achieve task.
• Well-organized with good communication skills.
