Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daytoday operations of the food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars room service and banquet facilities.
  • Ensure highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating the performance of the staff and providing feedback and training as needed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability such as upselling promotions and cost control measures.
  • Oversee menu planning and pricing to ensure a diverse and appealing selection that meets the needs and preferences of the guests.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the food and beverage outlets ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient food and beverage service resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in conducting inventory management ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels to meet the demands of the business.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner seeking to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience for guests.
