Job summary
A local beauty salon is seeking a motivated Female Salon Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and provide exceptional customer service. The role requires a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory position within the salon or beauty industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, particularly in English and Arabic. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 5,000 to AED 7,500.

- Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to brand standards.
- Track inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Support the Salon Manager in achieving sales and service targets.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a salon/spa/beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a must).
- Customer‑oriented with problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of salon services and beauty trends preferred.
